A Management Committee consisting of between 6 and 16 members manages the operations and finances of the Project. Membership of the Management Committee includes persons with direct personal experience of homelessness as well as members with knowledge and expertise in a wide range of related fields, professional and lay, statutory, private and voluntary. It also has ready access to other specialist advice as may be required. The Management Committee has powers to co-opt and to establish sub-groups on selected issues.
